Important: All Fragrances Are Final Sale
All Cassis Noir fragrances are final sale once purchased. Since perfumes are personal care products that cannot be resold or restocked once opened for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any fragrance orders.
1. Final Sale Policy
All Cassis Noir fragrances are sold as final sale. This means:
- No returns accepted after purchase
- No refunds issued for opened or unopened products
- No exchanges for different scents
- No store credit or replacements (except for defective products)
- All sales are permanent and non-refundable
2. Why Final Sale?
For the safety and satisfaction of all our customers:
- Perfumes are personal care products that cannot be hygienically resold once opened
- Once a seal is broken, we cannot verify the product integrity or purity
- Fragrance composition changes over time and with exposure to light and heat
- This policy ensures all products remain authentic and safe
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the defect or damage
- A full refund or replacement will be issued immediately
- Return shipping will be covered by us
