1. Shipping Methods

We offer standard shipping for all orders across India. Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners (DHL, Fedex, or similar) depending on your location.

2. Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the order date, depending on your location and local holidays. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight:

  • Orders below ₹2,000: ₹150 shipping charge
  • Orders ₹2,000 and above: Free shipping

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the courier's website.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund

7. International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. International shipping may be available in the future. Please check back for updates or contact us for inquiries.

8. Customs & Duties

As we ship domestically within India, no customs duties apply. All products are subject to applicable GST, which is included in the final price.

9. Final Sale Policy

Please note that all Cassis Noir fragrances are sold as final sale. Once purchased, items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. For more details, please see our Returns & Refunds policy.
